Quality: the DNA of IMPA

Quality has always been a core part of IMPA’s DNA and drives every business decision.

Our experience in the automotive sector has allowed us to structure our internal processes to ensure high-quality standards throughout the entire production cycle.

The first phase of quality control takes place upon receiving raw materials, followed by quality checks during the manufacturing process, and an assessment of the finished product.

IMPA has a temperature-controlled metrology room that enables extremely precise measurements, with fields ranging from 1,500 x 1,000 x 800 mm. Equipped with the latest devices, it allows for dimensional verification and testing of mechanical components, both small and large, to ensure product compliance with design specifications.

The entire design and production process is Made in Italy.
